the marine chemical research institute is a state owned enterprise wholly-owned by china haohua chemical industry (group) corp. that was founded in 1979. it engages in research, production, sales and services of ocean coating, super anticorrosive coating and environmental friendly coating, special coating, functional material, adhesive and related auxiliaries. it has three research centers for investigations, information, pilot test base, production base (qingdao haijian chemical co ltd.) and management department, and 15,000-t/a capacities of various coatings.
